Suspension Technician – Advanced Suspension Design

Advanced Suspension Design is looking for a skilled Suspension Technician to join our team. We specialize in suspension systems, drivetrain performance, and off-road builds—this isn’t general repair work. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install and service suspension systems (lift kits, coilovers, shocks, steering components).
- Perform alignments on stock and modified vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair suspension and driveline issues.
- Work on front and rear differential components (removal, service, rebuilds depending on experience).
- Rebuild shocks and related components.
- Assist with fabrication-related suspension work when needed.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate job records.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of automotive or suspension experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners.
- Good communication and team mindset.
- Experience with lifted/off-road vehicles is a big plus.
- ASE certifications are a bonus, not required.
- Must have your own tools.
